Are your donations going to the cause you selected?
This is a reasonable question!
We have minimal expenses. All expenses have to date been paid for by the founders without reimbursement. Although board members will receive compensation for their actual services to the Organization, the Organization intends to keep such compensation at a nominal subsistence level.
We will monitor your donation to make each precious dollar work hard. We look for the most desperate (of which there are many) needs and apply the funds in a frugal manner.
The Organization will provide funds to assist the village with its educational infrastructure and may be paid directly to village members to compensate them for their labor or to purchase items which will allow them to earn money and create more jobs for the village members.
